Slips
Our facilities feature annual covered floating wet slips for many different sizes of boats. Slips range in size from 10'x20' up to 18'x50' and can accommodate many types of boats including sailboats and houseboats. The houseboat dock offers 30 and 50 AMP electrical hookup, water and golf cart accessibility with sewage pump-out facilities located at the marina gas dock.

All of the docks are covered and offer security through combination lock gates and a night watchman. The parking lot and docks are adequately lit for added safety and security. A 1600' long breakwater helps protect the marina from wind and wave damage. The slips are paid in full each year on an annual basis. COMING SPRING 2012
