SLIPS

Our modern facilities features over 750 covered floating wet slips from 10’x20’ up to 18’x60’ and are each wired for electricity. We can accommodate a variety of boats, sailboats, and houseboats. We have multiple floating restrooms. For your convenience, our houseboat deck offers either 30 or 50 mp electrical hookups, water and access to sewage pumping facilities. A 1600’ breakwater helps protect the docks from wind and wave damage. Locked entry gates and nightly security patrols along with well lit docks help protect your investment. We also have a select number of wave runner ports available for lease. Annual slip lease contract terms April 1 – March 31 following year.
